EAC team members created these free resources for the National Center for Family Philanthropy:
- Community Foundations Family Philanthropy Playbook, 2019 – Tony led the development of nine modules of information to help plan and deliver more sophisticated philanthropic services.
- Family Philanthropy Readiness Self-Assessment Tool, 2017 – Tony did an update of Bryan’s 2005 piece, this online survey tool helps staff frame internal questions and decisions about offering services to multi-branch and multi-generation families.
- Making the Commitment to Family Philanthropy: A Management Tool for Community Foundations, 2005 – the strategic, structural, philosophical, and practical considerations to be made based on what Bryan and the field of community foundations had learned so far.
- The Practice of Family Philanthropy in Community Foundations, 2002 – Helmer wrote the first report on how community foundations were working with multi-generational families.

- Community foundation business models, 2019 – Steve and Tony recorded EAC's fundamental thinking in two webinars: Choices and Challenges in Community Foundation Operating Models (58 minutes) and Implications of Operating Model Choices (59 minutes).
- Asset Development and Philanthropic Services Tune-Up, 2019 – The team created this free "multi-point inspection" to diagnose the ability of your asset development, professional advisor, and philanthropic services programs to stay relevant in the coming years.
- Charitable Gifts of Noncash Assets, rev. 2018 – Bryan Clontz and other authors wrote this comprehensive guide and reference tool to philanthropic questions and illiquid donations for gift planners and professional advisors.
- My Lasting Legacy, 2018 – Brian Frederick's firm developed this online sharing platform for foundations to attract donors and share the impact they make in their community.
- Express Training Videos and Certification Program for Community Foundations, 2017 – Steve Alley helped develop this 15-module video series for the Kansas Association of Community Foundations. The series is especially helpful for new board members and staff. It costs $250 for an individual license or $2,500 for a community foundation.
