Assets Under Influence

What are Assets Under Influence?

Over the past two years, EAC has engaged with community foundations and other experts about the loosely defined idea of “assets under influence," or AUI.

AUI’s overarching goal is to move more money toward a foundation’s established values or community impact priorities. We believe thoughtful AUI work can be an antidote to low trust in foundations, and political and populist critiques of foundations and DAFs.
